– Project management for causticisation and lime kiln
– Sub-project management within electrical and automation, mechanics, plumbing and HVAC
– Project support and administration in fibre line, wood room and evaporation
– Responsible for project assignments and administration in “Projectplace”
Process consulting
– Process design of DNCG and CNCG collection
– Process and start-up support for recovery boiler, causticisation and dryer
– Schematic flow diagrams in numerous sub-projects
Mechanical engineering & pipeing
– Pipeing and layout design in AutoPlant and Cadmatic Shared systems as well as support in numerous sub-projects Pipeing
– Erection inspection
– 3D scanning in existing plant sections
– Erection coordination and health & safety coordinator for execution
– Coordination of common 3D plant models
Electrical & Automation
– ÅP1, TM5 and screening housing control system replacement
– Erection management and specialist support, power distribution and turbine
– Project design and procurement support in all sub-projects, including wood room, evaporation, drying machines and fibre line (incl. chlorine dioxide) for a fixed price
– Erection management, handover and commissioning assistance
– The project design has been carried out in SCA’s design environments SiteBase and Autocad
