Board of Directors

The Board of Directors decides, among other things, upon issues regarding the Group's strategic direction, its organisation and matters concerning major investments and commitments. At each Board meeting, a review is made of the current business situation, of the competitors, and of the Group's earnings and financial position as well as prospects for the rest of the year. The Chairman of the Board leads the work of the Board, represents the company in ownership issues and is responsible for evaluating the Board's work.
