Internal control and risk management

The overall purpose of the internal control is to reasonably ensure that the company’s operational strategies and goals are reviewed and that the shareholders’ investments are protected.

The internal controls should also ensure that external financial reporting is reliable and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, that laws and regulations are followed and that the terms of the agreement with AktieTorget are followed.
