Eurocon Consulting AB was founded 1990. The company’s stock was registered for trade on Aktietorget December 13, 2007. By intentionally focusing on specific markets sectors Eurocon has made itself a well known consulting company in Sweden.

Eurocon is characterized by its decentralized organization, where responsibility and decision making is delegated to each department and subsidiary. As a registered company on Aktietorget, Eurocon must comply with the regulations set by Aktietorget. In addition to this Eurocon follows – with a few exceptions – the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
