PulpEye is gaining momentum

Eurocon Analyzer’s advanced online pulp analyzer, PulpEye, is gaining momentum around the world. Two new examples are orders to a mill in USA, and Korsnäs AB, Sweden.

 - ”The order to USA is a breakthrough on the US market and the order to Korsnäs in Gävle, that is the company’s second PulpEye, confirms our leading position for analyzers on the Swedish market”, comments Öjvind Sundvall at Eurocon Analyzer in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.

PulpEye is based on the latest technology and is carrying out accurate measurements with high frequency, which is required to monitor and control important quality parameters for the process. All of this will result in lower production cost and more stable quality.

PulpEye is made up of modules according to each customer’s needs. The analyzer for Korsnäs will be equipped with the new DotEye module, which measures dirt in the pulp. The DotEye is a powerful tool for quality control.

 - ”One of the strengths of PulpEye is that we can customize the equipment, which is appreciated by our customers around the world”, says Öjvind Sundvall.

The sensor technology company Eurocon Analyzer, that was incorporated in 2002, is the leader of the analyzer segment in Sweden and has now also started to approach the North American market, where Eurocon Analyzer previously offered service and support of older analyzer equipment.
